     John's contacts with luxury brokers in key national and international markets extend back to his days as a member of the beachfront office of Arvida Realty. The former sales director for Ocean Place Estates, he networks with architects, interior designers, developers and builders as well as with luxury brokers around the globe.
     He has been affiliated with national realty concerns and was the owner of Platinum Estate Properties, a well-balanced team that offered expertise in all phases of luxury residential real estate.
     John — a Detroit native who earned his degree in marketing/management at Valparaiso University — honed his creative and sales abilities while working on major national accounts for a Chicago-based advertising firm. Those skills have translated into powerful presentations and sales on luxury properties from the Hillsboro Mile to Gulf Stream.
     While he has been honored as a "Legend" for sales successes and has received numerous awards from marketing, advertising and printing federations for collateral and direct marketing, John counts it a noteworthy accomplishment that a significant percentage of his business results from repeat business and referrals from very satisfied clients.
     A past member of the Boca Raton YMCA board of directors, John has served as an officer and chorus member of Nova Southeastern University Singers for two decades. He is active in non-profit organizations as well.
     An avid boater, John focuses on direct oceanfront, Intracoastal Waterway, yachting and estate properties from Fort Lauderdale to the Palm Beaches.
